Kcd2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the kcd2 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering an account or using the kcd2 platform, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
Are a valid Malaysian citizen or resident eligible to use this service;
Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
Have never had an account on the kcd2 platform previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation;
Understanding that betting and online gaming involve financial risk, and that you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. kcd2 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration and account information

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the kcd2 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without a refund.

Your username and password are confidential and must not be shared with anyone. kcd2 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

User responsibilities when using the platform

Users are strictly prohibited from using the kcd2 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, unauthorised access to platform systems, or the use of automated software to manipulate games or bets.

Users are also prohibited from attempting to exploit any technical errors, system bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such attempt will result in the cancellation of all related winnings and immediate account closure.

3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All transactions on the kcd2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, Boost and GrabPay, as well as internet banking via FPX.

Deposit conditions

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your own account name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Kcd2 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing deposits or withdrawals above certain amounts, in line with our anti-money laundering policy.
Any deposit that is disputed or inconsistent with platform policy may be declined or placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.

Withdrawal conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the support team.
Minimum withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the method selected. For the latest details, please check the account section.
Withdrawal of winnings tied to bonuses is subject to the applicable rollover requirements. If the rollover conditions have not been met, the withdrawal may be declined or reduced in accordance with the relevant bonus policy.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method — e-wallets are generally faster than bank transfers. kcd2is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider.

4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

When can an account be suspended or closed?

Kcd2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

The user provided false information or falsified documents during registration or the verification process;
There is suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document;
The account is identified as a duplicate or linked to a previously banned user;
Instructions from the relevant authorities or a court order.

Consequences of account closure

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited in full depending on the outcome of an internal investigation. kcd2 is not obligated to disclose the details of any investigation to the user in question.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid balance (not subject to any claims or suspension) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard payment policy within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Third-Party Links

Intellectual property

All content on the kcd2 platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kcd2 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kcd2.

Limitation of liability

Kcd2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, technical errors, or cyberattacks beyond the platform's control. kcd2's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

Third-party links

The kcd2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. kcd2 does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external platforms and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from the use of such third-party services.

Changes to terms and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. kcd2 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the current terms.
